Wedding Bootcamp

Today is the day!


Wedding Bootcamp!  Day 1!

Time to eat healthy, drink water, and EXERCISE.

Must get rid of jiggling thighs, flabby arms, and spare tire by October!

Just keep remembering....No Pain, No Gain.

Ugh..Help!

I would just advise you to run...a lot. I made the mistake of trying to focus on my arms with weights and lost zero pounds. Run and cardio and little meals. Good Luck!!
